I called again before 6 EST and was told it was after hours. I have had problems in the past with heated razors; they don't stand behind also.

Hello, I am a woman who has only ever been using Joy razors by Gillette since the day they arrived on the shelf. I preferred the Joy razors: 1.
because they were very sharp and worked amazingly; 2. because they didn't have a trimmer on the back to get caught up on anything. I have since noticed that the only replacement heads you have for the Joy razors have that trimmer thing on them. I am very upset.
If you know anything about women's anatomy, you should know that our private areas are extremely sensitive and have fewer layers of skin in certain areas, so when you take a razor-sharp razor to those private areas, they will get cut by that stupid trimmer thing. Why you decided to put that on there, I do not understand. The entire reason I liked your razor in the first place was because it didn't have that. I can smell future lawsuits on your hands of women like me who were die-hard fans and end up getting cut in private areas because we are used to NOT having that trimmer thing.
What would we need to be precisely trimming? We shave our armpits, private area, and legs. A trimmer is absolutely unnecessary and a hazard. Please reconsider changing the razors back to having 'no trimmer' or at least give us the option to buy refills with the trimmer not included.
I really don't want to change razors as I really loved this brand. It was perfect as it was.
If something isn't broken, don't try to fix it. I am sorry for coming off a little strong, but this upset me to the point where this needed to be addressed immediately.

After briefly explaining my issue with ONE defective Fusion 5, I then nicely asked for a replacement. The rep I spoke with for 2 minutes max then hung up on me.
I called and explained that I bought a defector Fusion 5 blade. How would I be able to get a replacement for free? The representative hung up on me.

I've always used *** for as long as I can remember to shave, and to be honest, I'm very surprised and very uncomfortable to see such rust in shaving creams.
It really amazes me that a leading company in the industry like *** would use such cheap materials, and I'm thinking of spreading these photos on the internet...!

Faulty razors
D a man said hello and then disconnected me. I got a batch of faulty razors.
The blades are rough and three of the 10 heads were broken off the razors. Ive used these forever first time a problem.
Could someone get back with me thank you. Maybe you could send me some razors bye-bye.

Got a package *** 3 and only had one razor in it
- - I've used Mark 3 Gillette razors for eight years.
- - I had one bad razor recently; I prefer three blades to five, and customer service was excellent.
She was very respectful and she took care of my problem without no problem I love her death she's a very good customer service representative rate her out of 10
I've been using Mark 3 *** razors for 8 years now, and I had never got one bad till the other day. I only had one razor in a pack; I didn't have any refills for it, so I had $9 in one razor.
But customer service was so good to me, I'll always use *** razors. Sometimes I buy the five blades, but three blades work better than the five blades.

I just watched your commercial for Venus pubic razor. I am your demographic for this product, and I can tell you this is the most disgusting, inappropriate commercial I've ever seen.
No one needs to see a close-up of a woman shaving her pubic hair. I will not be purchasing anything *** makes. Have some decency or lose business!
